  • Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1–2 days.
  • Orders outside Nairobi may take 2–5 days, depending on the location.
Delivery Confirmation.

A confirmation message will be sent upon dispatch, including the delivery tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Fees & Rates.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

Returns Policy.

We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below. For all returns, items must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Conditions for Returns.

You may return an item if:

      • The product was incorrectly supplied (e.g., wrong item, size, or color).
      • The product is expired upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:

      • Items that have been opened or used, except when defective.

Return Process.

      • The item was past its expiry date upon delivery.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day of approval, with the final credit subject to your payment provider’s policy.
